Individuals must drop-off or mail-in their completed registration form with the payment in order to be registered for a program. We now accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card payments. There will be a $2.00 convenience fee added to the transaction for anyone wishing to utilize the credit card option on a mail-in, drop-box or fax-in registration.
A drop box is located by the front doors of the Community Center to be used when the office is closed. The registrations left in the drop box will be processed the next business day. Scholarships
The Village of Sussex does not want to exclude any child from the Recreation Department programs because of financial need. Parents who feel they are unable to afford the fees for a program, due to unemployment, illness, or hardships, should complete a scholarship application and submit it to the Recreation Department located at the Sussex Community Center, W240N5765 Maple Ave. Scholarship application forms are available at the Sussex Community Center, the Hamilton School District Guidance Offices, the Sussex-area Outreach Services, the Sussex Village Hall, or on this web site under forms.
.
The Sussex Recreation Department scholarships are for children 18 years and younger. The scholarships will cover the cost of 6 programs per child, per calendar year. The funding will only cover programs run directly through the Sussex Park and Recreation Department. The children must reside in the Village of Sussex. The scholarships will be good until the end of the calendar year.
.
To apply for a scholarship, the parent or guardian of the child must fill out a Scholarship Application Form and provide proof of residency. Forms must be dropped off or mailed to the Sussex Community Center. Staff will review the application, and reply within 10 business days, once the application is received. For more information regarding the scholarship program, please contact Meagan Kula - Director of Recreational Services at (262) 246-6447.
