To reserve field/facility space, you must fill out a request form and return it with a $100 refundable deposit to the Sussex Community Center at W240N5765 Maple Ave. These two items must accompany each other in order to be placed on the calendar. A contract will be written and sent to you for signature. The signed contract, the remainder of any deposits and any other appropriate fees will be due sixty days prior to the event date.
