| The Village of Sussex adopted a plan for the State Highway (STH) 164 corridor long before it became known as STH 164. Previous Village leaders recognized that this highway corridor would change over time, although few could imagine what the potential economic growth that this roadway would produce. The Village still utilizes many concepts generated in the "Highway J Plan" and have rolled those ideas into the 2020 Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Village. |
