The Village of Sussex has been an active partner in growing the community for over 80 years. That commitment to economic development has produced numerous benefits to the residents and businesses of the community and is a large part of our success. The Village utilizes TIF Districts, the Revolving Loan Fund, Industrial Revenue Bonds, Facade Improvement Programs, and other tools to help make it all happen.
